The location was superb. I found it easy to walk to many key sites. Breakfast offered many choices. I particularly enjoyed the tasty fresh food made to order, not a buffet. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were always available. They provided quick assistance. The rooftop terrace was a HUGE plus. i spent a lot of time on the sun loungers. The whirlpool was also a great amenity. it was very relaxing after a long day.
My room phone did NOT work. i had to go downstairs for assistance.

The location is SUPER central, a short walk to many sites. Our superior room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, offering many choices from a menu, not a buffet. The staff were all cute and helpful. It created a wonderful experience.
I Found that the lack of luggage service upon arrival was a bit inconvenient. Guests must manage their bags on a sloped, pedestrian-only street.

the location is excellent. it is very close to st john's co-cathedral, i found this very convenient. the room was large. i had bottled water, coffee, and tea included.
the sound proofing was not good. the room i was in was close to the service room. i could hear the staff coming in and out, it was noisy. breakfast was an a la carte menu, it was quite limited.
